摘要 本文建立了直接固体进样石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定奶粉中铅含量的新方法,对化学改进剂、石墨炉升温程序等分析参数进行了优化,并详细考察了不同校准方式对分析结果的影响。在优化的参数条件下,本方法对mg级固体样品的分析精密度为5.12%,铅元素的检出限为0.2Pg。方法用于分析国家一级标准参考物质GBW10017(奶粉),测定值与标准值吻合。与传统的原子吸收光谱方法相比,本方法无需繁琐的样品消解前处理,具有快速、准确、方便的突出优点,尤其适合于大规模的食品安全检测。 A novel direct solid sampling method using GF-AAS was developed for the determination of trace Pb in milk powder. The analytical parameters, such as chemical modifier and GF temperature program, were systematically studied and optimized. The analytical performance of different calibration mode (liquid solution calibration, single solid CRM calibration, and multi solid CRMs calibration) were also investigated and compared. Under the optimized operating conditions, the relative standard deviation (RSD) for solid sample of mg level was 5.12%, and the limit of detection (LOD) of Pb was 0.2 pg. The method had been applied to analyze National Standard Reference Materials GBW 10017 (milk powder), and the result was in good agreement with the certified value. Compared with traditional GF-AAS method, this method can avoid the complicated sample pretreatment, and has an outstanding excellence of rapid determination, which was very suitable for the batch analysis of lead in milk powder.
