摘要
目的了解先天性多发性肺囊肿在CT表现上的特征。方法 100例经病理证实的多发性肺囊肿。男64例,女36例,年龄4～60岁,平均年龄32岁。行CT平扫、增强及高分辨扫描,造影剂总量80mL。结果左肺58例,右肺30例,双肺12例。形态均为多发环形透光区,均可见含气的、含液的及含气液的囊肿。结论多发性肺囊肿的CT表现有其特征性,应作为常规检查。
Objective Understanding is much congenital the hair lung bag is swollen at the CT performance up of characteristic.Materials and Methods 20 through the surgical the pathology confirmation of much the hair lung bag be swollen.Male＇s 64,female 36 age 4-s be 60 years old,average the age be 32 years old.CT in the line is even to sweep,strengthen and Gao distinguish to scan,build shadow total amount 80mL.Results left lung is 58,the right lung be 30,and the double lung be 12.The appearance all is a hair wreath form much deeply light area,all it is thus clear that contain spirit of,contain a liquid of and contain spirit liquid of the bag be swollen.Conclusion Much the swollen CT performance of the hair lung bag include it the characteristic,should be a normal regulations check.
