摘要
科学估算区域内净碳排放量对开展节能减排、发展适合区域特点的低碳经济具有十分重要的意义,利用系统动力学方法,综合考虑区域经济发展水平、人口数量、森林面积间的相互关系及其对碳排放或吸收量的影响,预测区域未来所产生的净碳排放量。作为例证,用此模型估算了天津滨海新区2008—2020年的净碳排放量。
Scientific estimates of net carbon emissions quantity within a region are very important:for the development of low-carbon economy. This paper introduces a regional net carbon emissions calculation model, the model using system dynamics, taking into account regional level of economic development, population, forests and there relationship to forecast the quantity of the net carbon emissions of a region in further. As an example, the net carbon emissions quantity of Tianjin Binhai New Area from 2008 to 2020 is calculated.
