大鼠抑郁症模型脑磁共振成像和波谱研究 被引量:44

摘要 采用长期不可预见性中等强度应激造成分养大鼠抑郁症模型。运用敞箱实验等方法测定动物行为;磁共振成像和波谱学方法研究抑郁大鼠脑内整体形态学及前脑和下丘脑变化。结果显示抑郁大鼠大脑纵裂加深、扩大;前脑和下丘脑区域磁共振1H谱NAA峰降低。提示本抑郁症模型大鼠有脑萎缩,前脑和下丘脑区域神经元数目减少。 The depression model of rats was produced by separation and chronic unpredicable mild stress. Open field test was performed to detect the behavior of rats.Magnetic resonance imaging and spectrum were used to study the changes of whole brain and frontal area and hypothalamus area separately.The results showed that the brain cleft was enlarged and widened.The NAA peak of frontal area and hypothalamus area were decreased,suggesting that depression could result in brain atrophy and neuron loss in rats.
