摘要
目的:探讨前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦在治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)中的临床疗效。方法:收集本院住院60例早期DN患者,随机分为单纯前列地尔组20例,单纯厄贝沙坦组20例,联合用药组20例,进行4周临床观察治疗,分别比较三组血糖、尿素氮、血肌酐、尿肌酐、24h尿蛋白定量、尿白蛋白水平的变化。结果:治疗4周后,各组24h尿蛋白定量及尿白蛋白等指标都较治疗前均有明显好转(P<0.01);而联合组的24h尿蛋白定量及尿白蛋白较另两组改善更明显(P<0.01)。结论:前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期DN,能有效改善减少尿蛋白,有利于延缓甚至防止DN的发生和发展。
Objective：To observe the effects of alprostadil combined with irbesartan in treating early diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods：60 case of early DN were collected and randomly divided into alprostadil group（20 cases）,irbesartan group（20 cases） and combined medication group（20 cases）.After 4-week treatment,the blood glucose,serum creatinine（Scr）,BUN,urine Scr,24h urine protein excretion and albumin（Alb） were detected and compared among the three groups.Results：After 4-week treatment,24h urine protein excretion and Alb all were obviously reduced among the three groups compared with before treatment（P0.01）,but 24h urine protein excretion and Alb in the combined medication group were reduced more significantly than those in other two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion：Alprostadil combined with irbesartan can effectively decrease the level of 24h urine protein excretion and Alb in treating early DN,which is useful to delay or even prevent the occurrence and progress of DN.
