摘要
肝硬化腹水是慢性肝病患者就诊的主症之一,临床比较多见,严重影响着患者的生活质量。张海福主任医师在临床中接诊了大量的肝硬化腹水病人,总结了丰富的经验,笔者跟随张老师学习颇有收益,从肝腹水的病因,病机,相关脏腑各方面,以及中西医结合防治等进行了整理,现总结如下,以飨读者。
Liver cirrhosis with ascites is the most common complaint of chronic liver diseases patients, which affects patientsj quality of life. Dr. Zhang, Haifu has treated a lot of this kind of patients and summarized rich experience. The authors has learned a lot with Dr. Zhang. The authors organized Dr. Zhang＇s experience in etiology, pathology, related organs, and prevention and treatment of integrated western and TCM to share with readers.
