低聚糖对断奶羔羊小肠黏膜免疫相关细胞的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Oligosaccharides on the Mucosal Immunity-associated Cell in the Small Intestine of Weaning Lambs

摘要 选用陶赛特F2代断奶公羔40只,随机分成4组,研究低聚糖对断奶羔羊小肠黏膜免疫相关细胞的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加低聚果糖FOS(0.3%)、低聚异麦芽糖IMO(0.3%)和复合低聚糖(0.1%FOS+0.2%IMO)均可提高断奶羔羊胸腺指数和脾脏指数(P>0.05)及小肠黏膜上皮内sIEL数量(P<0.05);FOS可提高小肠黏膜上皮GC的数量I,MO和复合低聚糖可降低GC数量(P>0.05)I;MO和复合低聚糖可提高断奶羔羊小肠黏膜中MC细胞的数量(P>0.05)。提示断奶羔羊日粮中添加低聚糖可增加其小肠黏膜免疫相关细胞的数量,增强断奶羔羊小肠黏膜免疫功能,提高其免疫力。 40 Dorset F2 lambs were used to evaluate the effect of different oligosaccharides on mucosal immunity-associated cell in the small intestine of weaning lambs.The results showed that fructo-oligosaccharide(FOS),isomalto-oligosaccharide(IMO) and the mixture of both increased the index of thymus,the index of spleen(P0.05)and intraepithelium lymphocytes in the intestine mucosa(P0.05);FOS elevated goblet cell in the intestine mucosa,while IMO and the mixture lessened it(P0.05);IMO and the mixture elevated mast cell in the intestine mucosa(P0.05).The results indicated that oligosaccharides could increase the number of immune-related cells in lamb small intestine and strengthen intestinal immune function.
