摘要
以三(2-羟乙基)异氰尿酸酯作为改性剂对蜜胺树脂进行改性,采用旋转黏度计测量反应体系动力黏度,根据动力黏度变化定性表征缩聚产物相对分子质量和反应速率快慢,考察了改性树脂的聚合工艺条件(如物料配比、反应时间、改性剂添加量、固含量等)对体系聚合反应的影响;并通过IR光谱、TG-DSC等对改性树脂的结构、热稳定性进行了表征。结果表明,改性树脂的最大热解温度在378.5℃左右,比未改性树脂降低了33℃,THEIC的加入使蜜胺树脂柔韧性有所提高,但对其耐热性能有一定的影响。THEIC改性蜜胺树脂体系的适宜工艺条件为:F∶M=2.8∶1,pH值为9.0~9.5,温度95℃±1℃,时间80~100 min,固含量为75%,THEIC添加量为10%。
The melamine resin which is modified with tri (2 -hydroxyethyl)isocyanurate is studied. Rotation viscometer is used to determine the viscosity and molecular mass of the condensation and polymerization product. The polymerizing reaction conditions (such as material ratio,reaction time,amount of modifi- er added, solid content) are analyzed. The structure and thermal stability of the modified resin are investigated by IR spectroscopy and TG - DSC. The result indicates that its maximum pyrolysis temperature is about 378.5℃ ,lower 33℃ than the unmodified resin,the toughness of the melamine resin with THEIC is improved, though the fire - retardant property of the modified resin is reduced. The appropriate reaction conditions of THEIC modified resin are obtained , they are as the follows , F : M = 2 . 8 : 1 , pH value is 9.0-9.5 ,temperature is 95℃±1℃ ,time is 80 -100 min, solid content is 75% ,THEIC addition amount is 10%.
