十二烷基硫酸钠对CuO-TiO_2催化剂表面改性的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate on the Surface Modification of CuO-TiO_2 Photocatalysts

摘要 采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为改性剂制备了表面具有有机基团的CuO-TiO2催化剂。采用XRD、低温氮吸附-脱附、BET、XRF、FTIR、UV-Vis和三维荧光等手段对催化剂的晶型、结构、化学组成、表面基团和光致发光性能进行了表征。结果发现SDS浓度不对催化剂的紫外可见吸收阈产生明显影响,吸收阈依然在830 nm以上。但SDS加入后催化剂的液氮吸附曲线由Ⅳ型等温曲线变为Ⅴ型。当浓度为临界胶束浓度时催化剂晶粒和平均孔径最大;比表面积和总孔容最小;催化剂中氧空位数量和表面C—C和—CH—基团最多,催化剂的光催化性能最好。 CuO-TiO2 photocatalyst was modified with sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),resulting in organic groups on its surface.The crystal form,structure,chemical composition,surface groups and photoluminescence properties of the photocatalyst were characterized by XRD,low temperature N2 adsorption-desorption,BET,XRF,FTIR,UV-Vis DRS and three-dimensional fluorescence,respectively.The results showed that UV-Vis absorption edges of the photocatalyst have nothing to do with the concentrations of SDS,and the UV-Vis absorption edges reache 830nm.N2 adsorption isothermal curves change from Ⅳ type toⅤ when SDS was used.Although the BET surface and total pore volume became the smallest when the concentration of SDS is critical micelle concentration(CMC),the particle size and average pore diameter reach the biggest.The oxygen vacancy concentration and groups of C—C and —CH— also reach the most at CMC.Photocatalysts prepared under this concentration have the best catalytic performance.Degradation rate of nitrobenzene was 74.99% after irradiation for 2 h photocatalyzed by 2.3 SDS-CuO-TiO2,while 35.86% by CuO-TiO2.
