温度对聚羧酸超塑化剂吸附和分散性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在10℃、20℃、30℃环境下,聚羧酸超塑化剂在水泥颗粒上的吸附量随着温度的升高逐渐增加。10℃、20℃、30℃环境温度下60min后的吸附率分别可以达到47.2%、61.8%、66.2%。初始分散能力随温度的升高而提高,在较高温度下分散保持能力有所下降。在不同温度下,聚羧酸超塑化剂在初始分散阶段的吸附量与分散性能直接相关,呈线性关系;随着温度的升高,吸附量的增加带来的分散性能增加幅度逐渐减小。
