摘要
针对冶金矿热炉低电压、大电流的特点,以及功率因数低的缺点,阐明对其进行电容无功补偿的意义,重点探讨了矿热炉自动无功补偿控制系统的硬、软件设计和触摸屏监控功能。运行结果表明,该控制系统提高了补偿精度和速度,实现了循环投切,可以提高设备的有效容量、节约电能、增加产品产量,实现了节能增效。
Aiming at the metallurgical-arc furnace low voltage,large current characteristics,and the long-term operation of the low power factor,the significance of capacitance reactive power compensation was expounded,hardware design,software design and touch screen control function of the automatic arc furnace reactive power com-pensation control system were introduced.Operation results showed that the control system could improve the preci-sion and speed compensation,realize the circular switching,and improve circulation equipment effectively capaci-ty,save energy and increase the yield of product realization,which achieved energy efficiency.
