基于小波变换的雾天图像增强方法 被引量:18

FOGGY DAY IMAGE ENHANCEMENT METHOD BASED ON WAVELET TRANSFORM

摘要 针对雾天图像对比度低、能见度差的特点,提出了雾天图像的阈值确定模型和去雾阈值函数,并在此基础上提出了一种基于小波变换的雾天图像增强方法。实验结果表明,用该方法对雾天图像处理后,图像的清晰度和对比度提高很多,视觉效果有明显改善,图像失真度大大地降低。 In this paper the threshold determination model and the defog threshold function of foggy day image are proposed in light of the feature of images taken in haze weather with low contrast and low visibility.Based on that,a new enhancement method for foggy day images based on wavelet transform is presented as well.Experimental results show that the foggy day images processed by the method in this paper have better contrast and higher degree of clarity,their visual effect is noticeably meliorated with much low image distortion.
