摘要
目的了解并分析莱芜市高考学生的身体健康状况和限考原因,为今后加强学生的健康教育提供依据。方法对2003—2010年莱芜市78273名高考学生体检结果进行统计分析。结果高考学生体检完全合格率为4.40%,专业受限率为95.46%,不合格率为0.14%;限考原因主要为视力不良、色觉异常等;不合格情况主要是结核病75人(0.096%),乙型肝炎27人(0.034%),先天性心脏病6人(0.008%)。结论高考学生体质状况有待改善,视力不良率非常高,应积极采取有针对性的健康促进对策。
[Objective] To investigate and analyze the health status and unqualified causes of high school graduates,provide the evidence for improvement of students＇ health education.[Methods]The physical examination results of 78 273 high school graduates in Laiwu city from 2003 to 2010 were analyzed statistically.[Results]In high school graduates,the complete qualified rate of physical examination was 4.40%,and 95.46% would be prohibited to enroll some especial disciplines.The main prohibited causes were poor eyesight and abnormal color vision.The unqualified causes included 75（0.096%） cases of pulmonary tuberculosis,27（0.034%） cases of Hepatitis B and 6 （0.008%） cases of congenital heart disease.[Conclusion]The physique situation of high school graduates should be improved,and the incidence of poor eyesight was high.It is necessary to carry out the special health improvement countermeasures.
