摘要
武广客运专线东平水道大桥主桥采用连续钢桁拱结构,大桥成形过程复杂,为了确保该桥施工安全,结合有限元法和现代监测手段,对其进行施工全过程的监测与控制。采用MIDASCivil 2006软件建立该桥理论计算模型,对各施工阶段进行计算分析,根据现场实测数据,对主要参数进行识别修正,准确地分析结构的实际状态。由应力、索力、温度及线形监测结果可知,主桥合龙后线形流畅,预拱度设置合理,达到了预期的效果,控制成果满足设计及相关规范的要求。
The main bridge of the Dongping Waterway Bridge on Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Railway is a continuous steel truss arch structure and the formation process of the bridge is quite complex.To ensure the construction safety,the whole construction process of the bridge was monitored and controlled by the combined finite element method and modern monitoring means.The MIDAS Civil 2006 was used to establish the theoretic calculation model of the bridge,the various construction stages were calculated and analyzed,the principal parameters were identified and updated in accordance with the field measurement data and the real conditions of the structure were exactly analyzed.It is concluded from the monitoring results of the stress,cable forces,temperatures and geometric shape that the geometric shape of the closed main bridge is smooth,the setting of the precamber is rational,the anticipated effect of the monitoring has been achieved and the control of the bridge can satisfy the requirements in the design and in the relevant codes.
