淋巴结病变的MRI成像和PET/CT显像研究概况

摘要 淋巴结是人体疾病的一个窗口,很多疾病可以从淋巴结的病变找到诊断的依据。对正确制订治疗方案和改善患者的预后都很重要,传统的病理组织检查除给患者带来痛苦外,常因取材的局限性出现假阴性,延误治疗。近年来广泛开展了医学影像学的研究,并取得可喜的进展,现将淋巴结病变的MRI成像和PET/CT显像研究概况作一综述。
