摘要
矿井中瓦斯等可燃危险气体的浓度检测一直是保证煤矿安全生产的重要前提。鉴于此,利用单片机智能控制技术并集成了瓦斯传感器等功能电路设计了一种便携式矿用瓦斯检测系统。该系统小巧、轻便,可自动检测矿井中瓦斯浓度并报警。重点介绍了系统的硬件设计和软件设计。经多次测试,系统性能稳定,效果良好。
The detection of gas and other flammable dangerous gas in mine is the important premise to guarantee the safety production in coal mine.So in this paper,it designs a portable gas detection system based on single-chip microcomputer intelligent control technology with gas sensor and other integrated circuits.The system is small,lightweight,can automatically detect gas concentration and alarm.This paper focuses on the system hardware design and software design.The system is tested for many times,and it is proved to have stable performance and good results.
