摘要
介绍一种利用温度传感器、多路模拟开关、电流频率转换器和数字频率计实现的温度测量系统。从器件选型、电路设计和算法优化等方面研究了提高采集精度和减小误差的方法。该系统硬件电路简单、软件易于实现,与常用的温度测量系统相比,具有测量范围广、精度高、通道多、功耗小、成本低等优点。经过实验证明,可应用于工业控制、环境监测等领域。
It reported a design of temperature measurement system based on multichannel current acquisition.Compared to the existing systems,this new one including temperature sensors,analog multiplexer,current to frequency converter and digital cymometer realizes simple circuit and low cost.Due to its high precision and large measuring range,the design is suitable to industrial control and environmental monitoring.
