摘要
早在20世纪40年代,科学家们就开始了对多糖的研究。多糖由于其具有的免疫促进作用,以及抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗辐射等作用,受关注程度日渐增加。本文将多糖的提取工艺和方法进行了简要的归纳,并对其优劣进行了分析,希望为该领域的科研工作者提供参考。
Early in the 1940s,scientists began to study about polysaccharides.Since it can promote immunity,and has anti-aging,antitumor and radiation-proof effects,people pay more and more attention to it.This article summed up the technique and method about refining it briefly,and analyzed both sides advantage and disadvantage of the refining process,and as a reference material for researchers in this field.
