MH Flame-Retardant EVA Surface Modificated by Silicon Oil

摘要 采用甲基硅油表面改性氢氧化镁,研究硅油经乳化处理与否对乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)氢/氧化镁(MH)复合材料性能的影响。复合材料的力学性能、熔体指数和极限氧指数测试结果表明:未乳化硅油用量为9%时熔体指数提高3.65 g/10m in,断裂伸长率从167.4%增加到264.2%,冲击和拉伸强度各下降9.68 kJ/m2和4.66 MPa,极限氧指数提高19%;硅油经乳化处理后熔体指数进一步提高约30%,硅油用量较少时,乳化处理对改善复合材料力学性能和阻燃性能更有利,用量为7%时断裂伸长率提高26%,当硅油用量大于9%时,硅油的乳化处理与否对复合材料力学性能没有影响;热失重分析表明:硅油的乳化处理进一步提高了复合材料的分解温度和热稳定性,降低了分解速率。 The emulsification effect of silicon oil as additive on the properties of M H/EVA composite was studied. When the content of silicon oil unemulsified was 9 % , the melt flow rate of the composites raised by 3.65 g/10min, the elongation at break increased from 167.4 % to 264. 2 % , the impact strength and the tensile strength decreased by 9.68 kJ/m^2 and 4.66 MPa. LOI raised about 19 % ,The emulsification of silicon oil could improve the composites' properties in many aspects, especially when silicon oil was added at low content. When silicon oil was emulsified, the melt flow rate could be further increased by 30 % ;The elongation at break was increased by 26 % when the silicon oil content was 7 %. However,there was little difference when the silicon oil content was 9 % or higher. The TGA result showed that emulsified silicon oil gave the composite higher temperature stability.
