摘要
目的探讨PACS在放射科日常工作中的应用价值。方法利用PACS工作站对图像进行调阅、测量、缩放、调窗等后处理,并依据影像所见诊断,书写报告并打印。同时构建教学病例库,进行教学和科研。结果 PACS提高了诊断质量,诊断报告生成速度加快,患者的候诊时间明显缩短。同时,科研、教学工作也得到明显提高。结论运用PACS明显提高了放射科医生的工作效率,同时,使放射科教学和科研工作上了一个新台阶。
Objective To investigate the application value of medical picture archiving and communication system (PACS) in the daily work of radiology. Methods The medical images were reviewed,measured,magnified or shrinked and adjusted the window wide and window level in the PACS. According the imaging features,radiologists made diagnose disease and print the reports, and constructed the teaching cases resources of medical imageology to teach and research. Results PACS have improved the quality of imaging diagnosis,fastened the speed of diagnosis reports and shortened the time to patients for waiting the reports. PACS also improved the quality of research and teach. Conclusion Using the PACS,the radiologists have increased the working efficiency, and got on a new stage of research and teaching in radiology.
