摘要
抑制血管生成是治疗肿瘤的一种新方法,内皮抑素(endostatin,ES)是一种能强烈抑制血管形成的因子,可有效地抑制肿瘤细胞的生长和转移,因此成为肿瘤领域的研究热点。ES可用于肿瘤的抗血管生成治疗,与化疗、放疗、免疫治疗联合应用可显著增强其他抗肿瘤治疗的效应,并可减少其不良反应。文中就ES的作用机制及其在肿瘤治疗中的应用作一综述。
Antiangiogenic therapy is a new strategy for tumor therapy.Endostatin is an inhibitor factor that can intensively inhibit angiogenesis,further it could inhibit the growth and transfer of tumor cell.So endostatin became the focused object of anti-tumor therapy.The therapy of endostatin combined with chemotherapy,radiotherapy or immunotherapy can not only significantly enhance other anti-tumor treatment,but also reduce the toxicity of other treatment,which will open up a new way to antiangiogenesis therapy of tumors.We review in this paper the mechanism of endostatin and its applications in tumor therapy.
