摘要
目的:通过对恩施土家族苗族自治州各民族不同类型的错畸形患者Bolton指数进行测量分析,探讨本州错畸形类型与Bolton指数之间的关系。方法:随机选择错畸形患者记存模型586副,按照安氏分类法分组,各组内再根据民族、性别进一步分组。测量Bolton指数并进行全面统计分析。结果:各类错畸形患者民族、性别间Bolton指数差异无显著性。安氏I类错与正常Bolton指数差异无显著性,但是安氏II类、安氏III类错与正常Bolton指数之间存在差异,安氏II类错Bolton指数偏小,安氏III类错Bolton指数偏大,差异有显著性。结论:上、下颌牙量不调可能是安氏II类I、II类错的主要原因之一。
Objective:To determine the Bolton radios of different populations with different malocclusion in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture.Method:This study consisted of 240 subjects who served as the normal occlusion group and 576 patients divided into 3 malocclusion groups(ie,Class I,Class II,and Class III).Anterior,posterior and overall Bolton ratios were determined and analyzed.Result:No signi?cant differences of anterior,posterior and overall Bolton ratios were found in population and gender.However,there were signi?cant differences of anterior,posterior and overall Bolton ratios between different occlusion groups.Conclusion:Intermaxillary tooth size discrepancy may be one of the important factors in the cause of Class II and Class III malocclusions.
