摘要
肌筋膜触发点疼痛是临床常见的肌肉慢性损伤和疼痛疾病的症状，目前对肌筋膜触发点的研究主要集中在治疗手段和电生理研究，对肌筋膜触发点的病因学研究还较少，较为著名的是Simons在1999年提出的“整体假说”。此假说全面地介绍了可能引发肌筋膜触发点疼痛的各种因素，指导肌筋膜触发点的临床治疗并且为其提供了较为合理的理论依据。
Myofascial trigger point pain is a common symptom of chronic muscle injury and pain diseases. Current researches on myofascial trigger points are mainly concentrated on the treatment and electrophysiological study, but little in the etiology. Regarding etiology of the trigger points, the most famous hypothesis is the integrated hypothesis proposed by Simons in 1999. In this hypothesis, many factors may cause myofascial trigger points. This hypothesis and findings were suggestive to understand the myofascial trigger points formation and the treatment development.
