摘要
通过Pro/E软件建立某新型高空作业平台臂架的三维实体模型,并将其导入ADAMS,根据臂架的工程实际施加运动副和驱动约束,应用数学关系仿真臂架调平机构的调平功能,从而获得臂架的虚拟样机。通过仿真模拟臂架在工作范围内的运动情况,得出臂架的受力情况,并同理论计算获得的臂架受力情况加以对比。分析对比结果可知,该方法可确定高空作业平台的最危险工况,并为后续的臂架结构设计以及油缸等的选型提供依据。
The paper established an elevating work plattbrms boom of three - dimensional solid model by Pro / E softwarc, and imported it into ADAMS software. Restraints and drives were imposed on the boom in accordance with the engineering, and mathematic relations were applied to simulate leveling mechanism motions for establishing the virtual prototype. Then motion simulation was done it terms of the range of motion, and the forces applied on the boom were obtained. Also the simulation results were compared with the theoretical results. The comparative result showed that, the method can be used to find the most dangerous working conditions of elevating work platforms boom. Also it provides the basis for the boom structure design and the hydraulic cylinders selection.
