摘要
文章从排卵障碍性不孕症的病因病机,中药调节月经周期,针灸治疗几个方面,综述了针药结合促排卵的临床研究进展,说明针药结合治疗排卵障碍引起的不孕的疗效明显优于单纯西医、中药治疗,其副作用小,在辅助生育技术(ART)中应用前景广阔,不仅降低了促排卵西药而致卵巢过度刺激征(OHSS)的风险,同时弥补了单纯中药见效慢的不足。
From these aspects of TCM etiology and pathogenesis on Infertility of Ovulatory Disturbance, regulating artificial cycle with Chinese crude drugs, treatment with acupuncture, and the paper summarized the progress in improving ovulation with combination of acupuncture and drugs, which indicated its better effect than pure western medicine therapy or Chinese crude drugs on Infertility of Ovulatory Disturbance. It has small side effects and developmental prospect in ART, which can not only reduce the risk of Oarian Hyperstimulation, but only the disadvantage of the slow effect of pure Chinese crude drugs.
