摘要
目的:调查我院住院儿科药品说明书外的用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:参照相关药品说明书内容,对我院2010年1～3月儿科出院的全部病历1 112份用药医嘱进行分析。结果:超药品说明书用药的病历507份,发生率为45.59%,主要在低龄儿童中多见,表现形式主要为年龄和给药方式超范围,药物种类主要为祛痰药(26.98%)和抗菌药物(10.34%)。结论:药品说明书外用药的在住院儿科中较普遍,具有一定的客观原因,且在治疗中发挥着重要作用,但与我国现行的法律法规相违背,应引起临床的高度重视。
Objective：To investigate the situation of a written description of the pediatric drug external use of pediatric in-patient department in order to promote the rational using of clinical drug.Methods：A total of 1 112 doctor＇s advices from January to March 2010 were collected from the pediatric in-patient department of our hospital,which were analyzed with the contents of medicine instruction.Results：In 1 112 doctor＇s advices,there were 507（45.59%） involved drug use that went beyond the scope of medicine instruction,which was frequently seen in underage child,the problems such as age and indication were main type.Main drug kinds were expectorants（26.98%） and anti-bacterial（10.34%）.Conclusion：It＇s widespread for drug use that goes beyond the medicine instruction in the pediatrics,which conforms some certain objective reasons and has significant effects,but against the principle of law in our country and should be given fully attention in clinic.
