目的构建军队医院显性软实力结构,促进医院快速可持续发展。方法系统思维法与实践验证法。结果构建了"战略的决策能力+科学的制度管理+系统的执行能力+优势的技术品牌+个性的文化标志+优质的外部环境"6要素军队医院显性软实力框架结构。结论医院显性软实力建设是是医院快速可持续发展的核心竞争力。
Objective To construct the explicit soft power structure of the military hospital and promote the rapid and continuable development of the hospital. Methods Holistic approach and practice validation method were applied. Results The explicit soft power frame of the military hospital including 6 factors, i.e. strategy dicision-making ability, scientific discipline management, systematic execution ability, advantageous technology brand, individual culture and premium external environment, was established. Conclusion Construction of explicit soft power is the core competitiveness for the rapid and continuable development of a hospital.
