摘要
应用关于突出机理的球壳失稳理论分析了煤层注水在防突中的作用结果表明,煤层注水的防突作用不在于水分对煤层内瓦斯的封堵,而在于煤层注水降低了硬煤分层的强度,增加了硬煤分层的塑性,由此导致整个煤层软化,工作面前方产生一个较长的破裂带和卸压带,使得具有突出危险的软分层内瓦斯能够在暴露前提前释放因此,注水钻孔应该布置在硬煤分层内,并使硬煤分层内水分均匀渗透,才能获得较好的防突效果图2。
In this paper, the outburst prevention functions of seam infusion were analysed with the “spherical shell losing stability' theory about outburst mechanism.The results show that it is the decrease of hard coal strength and the increase of hard coal plasticity but not the sealing of water to gas that produce a good outburst prevention effect in the course of seam infusion, which makes the whole coal seam soft, forms a longer fracture zone and relieving zone in the coal seam before working front, and resultes in the gas in soft coal slice releasing before the coal body is uncovered. For this reason, infusion boreholes should be arranged in hard coal slices and water should be well-distributed in hard coal slices, so that the good effects of outburst prevention can be obtained.2figs.,4refs.
