摘要
右美托咪啶为新型高选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有镇静、镇痛、抑制交感神经活性和无呼吸抑制等特点,不良反应少而轻。右美托咪啶可稳定围手术期血流动力学、减少麻醉药物用量,也在重症监护病房患者的镇静、非气管插管患者的手术和操作中得到广泛应用。近年来,该药在抗寒战、防治心肌缺血、抗心律失常诸多临床实践中获得成功应用。
Dexmedetomidine is a novel and highly selective 2-adrenoceptor agonist.Dexmedetomidine offers beneficial pharmacological properties,characterized by sedation,analgesia,sympatholysis,and the absence of relevant respiratory depression with less and light side-effects.Dexmedetomidine can maintain hemodynamics during the perioperative period and reduce the consumption of anaesthetic.It has been widely used in patients′s edation in intensive care unit,non-tracheal intubation surgery,or procedures.It has also shown an increasing utilization in the preventing postanesthetic shivering,attenuating myocardial ischemia,and treating arrhythmia.
