摘要
全面分析我国高校财务管理在制度建设、监督机制、债务状况、预算管理中存在的主要问题,有针对性的提出提高高校财务管理水平的具体措施:完善高校财务制度建设;建立健全高校财务控制监督机制;加强高校财务风险控制;提高高校财务预算执行力度。
The paper makes the overall analysis of the existing problems of our country＇s university financial control in the system construction,the supervising mechanism,the debt condition,the budget management,and also proposes the specific measures of raising the university financial control level： Perfecting university financial systems construction;Establishing the perfect university fiscal control supervising mechanism;Strengthening the university financial risk control;Enhancing the university financial budget to carry out dynamics.
