摘要
目的:探讨流程再造在手术室护理中的应用。方法:选择2009年1~9月在我院手术室进行择期手术治疗的患者100例,随机分成两组。对照组50例按照本院手术室原有护理流程进行护理操作,观察组50例按照再造护理流程进行护理操作。术后分别对两组患者进行满意度调查,并对患者的手术医师进行手术室护理工作的满意度调查。对两组调查结果进行统计分析。结果:对照组患者满意度为88%,其手术医师对手术室护理工作的满意度为92%;观察组患者满意度为94%,其手术医师对手术室护理工作的满意度为97%,差异具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论:根据择期手术患者的需求,对手术护理流程进行合理的流程再造,可以为患者提供更优质的服务,提高患者对手术服务的满意度。同时可以更好地配合手术医师的工作,优化手术室与手术科室之间的协作关系。
Objective:To study the application of process reengineering in operation room nursing. Methods:One hundred patients who received time selecting operations during January to September 2009 in our operation room were involved in this study. All patients were derided into two groups randomly. The control group received primary nursing procedure while the observation group received the reengeered nursing proceduere. Satisfactory rate was investigated post - operational to both groups. Doctors who give the operations of both group were investigated with their satisfactory with the nusing procedure too. The results^were analyzed with a analyzing software. Results: Satisfactory rate of patients in control group was 88%, and satisfactory rate of operating doctors of control group was 92%, satisfactory rate of patients in observation group was 94%, and satisfactory rate of operating doctors of observation group was 97%. The difference between two groups was with significance. (all P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion:Properly reengineering the nursing procedure according to the needs of patients receivd time selecting operations could provide better service to patients, and improve the satisfactory fate to operations of patients. At the same time, it could cooperate the operating doctors and improve the cooperation between operations room and operating depatments.
