摘要
从20世纪90年代一些省份率先开始招聘大学生担任农村基层干部开始,大学生村官计划实行了十多年的时间,根据多方调研表明大学生村官计划对引导大学生择业就业,为社会主义新农村建设发挥了重要作用,但也存在一些问题,为了确保大学生村官下得去、呆得住、干得好、流得动,结合龙岩学院多年来的在校大学生"驻村任职"实践模式,对大学生村官任前培养机制,尤其是在校大学生"驻村任职"实践与大学生村官计划的对接作一点探讨。
Ever since 1990s some provinces in China have begun to employ college graduates to be village cadres,the Plans of Village Cadres have been in practice for more than ten years.Based on different investigations,such plans have played an important role in guiding the graduates in employment.However,there exist some problems to be settled.This paper tries to,based on the patterns of Village Cadre Assistants in Longayn University,discuss the pre-service training of village cadres as well as the connections between Practice of Village Cadre Assistants and Plan of Village Cadres.
