摘要
针对Q345B宽厚钢板出现的批量断后伸长率不合格情况,通过宏观形貌、化学成分、夹杂、金相检验和扫描电镜等观察分析,发现造成钢板断后伸长率不合格的主要原因是钢中存在大量硫化物夹杂及成分偏析。
This paper briefly introduces the unqualified situation on percentage elongation after fracture of the wide and heavy plate Q345B. To the question, the main reasons are investigated by the analysis of macroscopic appearance, chemical composition, inclusions, metallographic examination and SEM. The results show that there are a great quantities of sulfide inclusion and composition segregation in steel.
