摘要
激励机制是促进继续教育改革和发展的关键。从管理激励理论视角看,我国继续教育激励在诱导因素、行为导向、行为幅度、行为归化等方面存在不足,继续教育激励机制有待完善。因此,应设计科学的诱导因素,实行正确的行为导向,制定有效的行为幅度,健全行为归化制度,加强配套制度建设,进而完善继续教育激励机制。
The incentive mechanism is the key to promoting the reform and development of continuing education. Since the Reform and Opening-up in our country, the incentive mechanism of continuing education is being improved gradually. However, problems and shortages still remain. From the perspective of incentive theory in management, the incentive mechanism of national continuing education still exist some deficiencies in induction factors, behavior guidance, behavior amplitude, behavior naturalization, etc. This mechanism should be improved. Consequently, at the present stage, we should design the scientific induction factors, implement the correct behavior guidance, formulate the effective behavior amplitude, improve the behavior naturalization system and strengthen the construction of corresponding system, thus improving the incentive mechanism of continuing education.
