新型堵水加固注浆材料的研究及应用 被引量:8

摘要 为了对富含水、淋水状态下破碎煤岩体进行有效的堵水加固,本文研制出新型聚氨酯堵水材料,在破碎煤岩体大范围淋水条件下,可以正常反应,凝胶时间1~10 min(可调),一次封堵裂隙水量达到95%以上;对含水破碎煤岩体具有良好的加固性能,对煤岩含水裂隙面粘结强度超过1 MPa、结石体抗压强度大于8 MPa。该材料填补了矿井大范围淋水条件下破碎煤岩体堵水与加固一次完成的技术空白,并通过现场应用得到了验证。 For the purpose of both water stopping and reinforcing fractured coal and rock,which is rich water and under shower condition,a new type polyurethane water stopping material was developed which can be used normally with setting time of 1~10 min,adjustable and over 95% of fissure water can be stopped at one go.The grouting material is good in reinforcement with adhesive strength to fractured coal and rock of over 1 MPa and compressive strength of 8 MPa.The material fills in the gaps in the field of water stopping and reinforcing technology for fractured coal and rock and is proven practically.
