摘要
当前我国收入分配严重失衡,两极分化严重,主要原因在于初次分配、再分配、社会保障等领域分配制度的缺陷。应从完善个人收入分配制度、税收调节分配制度、土地收益分配制度、社会保障分配制度,以及控制商品房价格、打压房地产投机行为等方面予以完善。
Presently,the income distribution in our country is seriously unbalanced,resulting in the polarization between the haves and the have-nots.The main reasons for that lie in the faults of distribution in the areas of primary distribution,redistribution and social security.Relative measures include bettering the personal income distribution system,the taxation adjustment system,the revenue right of land,the social security system,and controlling the price of the commercial houses and containing the opportunistic practices in real estates.
