摘要
探讨氨基甲酸酯-磷酸酯双变性淀粉在涤棉产品上的上浆效果。介绍了氨基甲酸酯-磷酸酯双变性淀粉的性能特点,并将其用于T/C 65/35 13 tex纱的上浆,对其上浆工艺、浆纱质量、织造效果和用浆成本进行了分析。结果表明:氨基甲酸酯-磷酸酯双变性淀粉适宜于涤棉产品上浆,上浆效果良好,可有效减小浆纱成本。
Sizing effect of polyester cotton product sized by phosphate-carbamate modified starch was discussed. Property of phosphate-earbamate modified starch were introduced, the size mixture was used to size T/C 65/35 13 tex yarn, the sizing processing, sizing quality, weaving effect and sizing cost were analyzed. The result shows that phosphate- carbamate modified starch is suitable to size polyester cotton product,the sizing effect is better and the sizing cost could be reduced.
