摘要
以三甲氧基氢硅烷和1-十二烯为原料,用铂作催化剂通过硅氢加成反应合成目标化合物。讨论了影响合成反应的主要因素,确立了最佳的反应条件:最佳启动温度为55℃,十二烯与三甲氧基氢硅烷的摩尔配比为1.1∶1,反应时间为1h,反应温度为100℃,铂催化剂的用量为三甲氧基氢硅烷的1.5×10-4(以铂计),在此条件下目标产物的产率可达84.7%。
Dodecyltrimethoxylsilane was synthesized by dodecene and trimethoxylsilane. The main effects of reaction conditions on the yield were discussed and the optimum experimental conditions were found. The results showed that the yield of dodecyltrimethoxylsilane reached 84. 7% at l00℃,while the catalyst dosage of 1.5 × 10^-^4 ,the molar tatio of dodecene: trimethoxylsilicone of 1. l:l,the star temperature at 55℃,and the reaction time of 1 hours were chosen.
