摘要
目的:探讨草菇中毒的原因并对其毒性进行评价。方法:SPF级NIH小鼠、Hartly白化豚鼠经口灌胃(0.2 ml/10.0 g.bw)、腹腔注射(0.2 ml/10.0 g.bw)染毒,连续观察7 d。结果:草菇生品对NIH小鼠经口灌胃染毒未见明显毒性;对Hartly豚鼠经口灌胃染毒可出现明显中毒症状,并引起动物死亡。草菇生品对NIH小鼠腹腔注射染毒有较强毒性,草菇熟品未见引起中毒反应。结论:草菇生品有一定的毒性,可能引起中毒反应。
Objective:To study the cause of mushroom poisoning and evaluate its toxicity.Methods: NIH mice(SPF grade) and Hartly Albino guinea pigs were treated respectively with 0.2 ml/10.0 g.bw via intragastric administration and 0.2 ml/10.0 g.bw via intraperitoneal injection,and observed continuously for 7 days.Results: There is no significant toxicity in NIH mice treated with fresh mushroom via intragastric administration;however,there are obvious symptoms of poisoning and death in Hartly Albino guinea pigs treated via intragastric administration and strong toxicity in NIH mice treated via intraperitoneal injection.And any toxicity was not observed in NIH mice and Hartly Albino guinea pigs treated with cooked mushroom.Conclusion: The fresh mushroom have some toxicity,and may cause some toxic reactions.
