摘要
传递函数是线性定常系统求解过程中常用的数学模型,此方法可以方便地求解钻机起升系统的微分方程。以交流变频电驱动钻机为例,对起升系统的不同工况进行了模拟。仿真结果表明,低速电机绞车具有较好的起升特性,能够满足钻机起升的要求。由于Simulink具有很强的灵活性,在仿真的过程中可以结合实际情况,加入系统阻尼、随机载荷等变量,与微分方程求得的结果相比,能够更好地模拟钻机起升过程的实际工况。
Transfer function is a kind of normal mathematical models to solve the linear constant system. This method can conveniently solve differential equations of drilling rig hoisting system. The AC conversion electric driven drilling rig was taken as an example to simulate different condi-tions of the hoisting system. The simulation result shows that low speed drawworks is provided with better hoisting characters, and it can satisfy the needs of hoisting. Simulink has flexibility to add variables such as damping, random loads and so on. Compared with the result solved through differential equations, it is much better to simulate the actual conditions during the hoisting process.
