摘要
目的探索利用短信平台进行出院随访、公众互动在医院营销中的作用。方法开发以.Net语言编写的软件,采用Browser/Server(浏览器/服务器)结构体系,建立短信平台,实现出院随访、短信关怀互动、预约挂号管理以及登录中医院网站等功能。结果平台安全性强、操作简便、扩展性广,是一个很好的医疗公众互动平台。结论利用短信平台进行出院随访、公众互动,可以增强医院综合竞争力,有利于医院的长期稳定发展。
Objective a discussion on practicing follow-up after discharged and public interactive that play what kind of role in hospital marketing through using short message platform.Methods to develop a software compiling by.Net language;to apply Browser/Server structure system for establishing short message platform in order to achieve follow-up after discharged,short message care interactive,appointment register management and hospital website login and etc.Results it is a quit good medical public interactive platform because of its safety,simple and convenient operation and well expansibility.Conclusion to apply follow-up after discharged and public interactive by using short message platform not only can strengthen hospital comprehensive competitiveness,but also be benefit for long term stable development of hospital.
