摘要
目的:差异性分析哌拉西林与哌拉西林复方制剂所致的不良反应,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:对国内近年来期刊公开报道的有关哌拉西林与哌拉西林复方制剂所致不良反应进行统计分析。结果:哌拉西林致不良反应男女比例为1∶0.95;哌拉西林复方制剂致不良反应男女比例为1∶0.69,且主要发生在老年患者,血液系统不良反应发生率高于哌拉西林,神经系统不良反应临床表现也存在差别。结论:重视哌拉西林复方制剂的不良反应,加强用药监护,避免不良反应的发生。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the differences of the adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by piperacillin or piperacillin compound preparation so as to provide references for clinical safe use of drugs.METHODS： The piperacillin-induced or piperacillin compound preparation-induced ADR cases reported in domestic journals in recent years were subjected to a statistical analysis.RESULTS： The male to female ratio was 1 ∶ 0.95 for patients with piperacillin-induced ADR as compared with 1∶ 0.69 for patients with piperacillin compound preparation-induced ADR.Piperacillin compound preparation-induced ADR was more often seen in elder patients,and in whom the adverse reactions in hematological system was more frequent than those with piperacillin-induced ADR,moreover,there were differences between the two in the adverse reactions of nervous system.CONCLUSION： We should attach importance to the adverse reactions induced by Piperacillin compound preparations and strengthen monitoring on drug use to avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions.
