定量温度觉检查(quantitative temperature testing,QTT)是通过对受试者特定部位的冷觉、热觉、冷痛觉、热痛觉阈值进行定量测量,再通过评价其温度觉障碍的程度来反映相应细小神经纤维功能的一种神经生理学工具,也是临床疾病诊疗的重要辅助检查内容,由Fruhstrorfer[1]在1976年首先描述.
