高渗盐水治疗大面积脑梗死继发脑水肿、颅高压临床研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨高渗盐水(HS)对大面积脑梗死患者继发脑水肿、颅高压后脱水治疗的临床效果。方法 64例大面积脑梗死继发脑水肿、颅高压患者分为HS组和甘露醇(MT)组,HS组静脉滴注3%HS(4 ml/kg),MT组快速静脉滴注20%MT(0.5 g/kg),均连用1周。监测患者颅内压(ICP)、电解质、肾功能、血浆渗透压。结果 HS和MT均能明显降低患者ICP,而且HS起效快,作用持续时间更长,肾功能指标优于MT组,并无反跳现象。结论 HS减轻大面积脑梗死患者脑水肿效果好,可作为降低ICP用药。
