摘要
研究了2,6-二碘-4-甲基苯胺的合成反应,优化了合成的条件。通过对比实验,筛选了制备2,6-二碘-4-甲基苯胺的最佳合成条件:以对甲苯胺为原料,在醋酸为溶剂,80℃条件下与碘化钾-碘酸钾体系反应2个小时制得产品,此最佳条件下的产率为75%。该方法操作简便,成本低廉,适合工业化应用,为碘代芳胺类化合物的合成提供了一条简便的合成方法。
Synthesis of 2,6-diiodo-4-methylaniline was investigated,and the conditions were optimized.The best reaction condition was generated through a series contrast experiments.4-methylaniline was dissolved in acetic acid and KI-KIO3 was added partly under 80℃.The 2,6-diiodo-4-methylaniline was obtained at 75% yield.This synthesis route was simple and cheapness,and could be wildly used in the synthesis of iodo substituent aniline complexes.
