摘要
目的:总结超声引导下经腹脐静脉穿刺术的护理要点。方法:分析749例因各种原因行超声引导下经腹脐静脉穿刺术的孕妇的临床资料,做好术前、术中、术后及并发症的护理工作。结果:穿刺成功737例(占98.5%)。手术并发症主要为穿刺点渗血、胎儿心动过缓、子宫收缩。结论:做好术前准备及术前的心理护理,术中密切配合,术中术后加强并发症的观察及防范,是提高脐静脉穿刺成功率、减少手术并发症的重要护理措施。
Objective To study the nursing points on cordocentesis during pregnancy for prenatal diagnosis.Methods 749 cordocentesis with proper indications were performed under transabdominal ultrasound guidance at Qingdao Women and Children Hospita1.Provide effective nursing for them.Results 737 procedures（Accounted for 98.5%）were performed successfully.The Complications were transient bleeding at puncture site,transient fetal bradycardia.Conclusion To provide corresponding nursing cares before,during,and after cordocentesis respectivly can raises the rate of success and reduces the rate of complications.
