摘要
目的:探讨中心动脉压与高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度之间关系。方法:入选疑诊冠心病患者101例,行冠脉造影,测量其中心动脉压力[按脉压分为:高脉压组(≥50mmHg)、中脉压组(40~49mmHg)及低脉压组(〈40mmHg)]、用间接测压法测量右上肢血压[分为高脉压组(≥60mmHg组)、中脉压组(50~59mmHg组)及低脉压组(〈50mmHg组)],采用酶联免疫法检测其血清hs-CRP水平。结果:hs-CRP水平随中心动脉脉压差的增大而明显上升[低脉压组(8.88±0.91)mg/L∶中脉压组(15.63±2.93)mg/L∶高脉压组(27.24±3.87)mg/L,P均〈0.05],且二者呈正相关(r=0.346,P〈0.01);而在外周动脉高、中、低脉压组,hs-CRP水平各组间均无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论:hs-CRP水平随中心动脉脉压差的增大而明显上升,炎症参与大血管病变的发生与发展。
Objective:To explore the association of central aortic pressure(CAP) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with suspected coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods:A total of 101 patients who were suspected as CAD were enrolled in the study.Central aortic pressure was measured by coronary angiography [divided into:high pulse pressure(PP)group(PP≥50mmHg),medium PP group(PP=40~49mmHg),low PP group(PP40 mmHg)according PP].Blood pressure of right upper limb was measured by indirect measurement method[high PP group(PP≥60mmHg),medium PP group(50~59mmHg),low PP group(50mmHg)]and serum level of hs-CRP was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results:Level of hs-CRP significantly increased along with PP of CAP increase [low PP group(8.88±0.91) mg/L vs.medium PP group(15.63±2.93) mg/L vs.high PP group(27.24 ±3.87) mg/L,P0.05 all,among three groups],the PP was positive correlated with hs-CRP(r=0.346,P0.01).For peripheral aortic pressure,no significant difference existed among low PP group,medium PP group and high PP group(P0.05).Conclusion:Level of hs-CRP significantly increased along with PP of central aortic pressure increase.It suggests inflammation takes part in the occurrence and development of lesions of large vessels.
