摘要
平面度是评定产品质量的指标之一。随着测量技术的不断进步,影像测量仪被广泛应用于平面度的测量。采用最小二乘法的算法原理,编写平面度误差评定程序并将其嵌入影像测量仪软件中,对影像测量仪自动测量的数据进行处理。实验结果表明:该算法能够快速评定平面度误差,在生产实际应用中效果较好。
Flatness is one of the indicators assessing the quality of products.With the continuous advancement of measurement technology,image measurement instrument is widely used in flatness measurement.The algorithm principle of least square method was adopted to develop the flatness error assessing program.The program was embedded in the software of image measurement instrument to process the data measured by the instrument.The experimental result shows that using the algorithm,flatness error can be assessed quickly.It has good effect in practical application.
