摘要
为了保证浇注系统的合理性,根据经验设计几种浇注系统,运用CAE软件分析比较后选取最佳的一种。以羚羊轿车前保险杠为研究对象,运用Moldflow软件对2种不同的浇注系统进行CAE模拟分析。通过比较之后选取了最佳的一种三点进浇方案,并以此方案进行了模具设计。
In order to make sure the rationality of gating system,the most feasible and effective way is to choose several gating systems by experience and choose the best one after comparison.By a type of antelope car bumper as reserching object,two different gating systems are selected and CAE simulation analysis is made.By camparing the simulation results,3 points gate sytem is choosed as gating system of the car bumper,and the mold is designed according to the plan.
