摘要
女大学生就业问题本质上是性别就业问题,是就业公平问题,因其具有公共性而成为公共政策问题。在社会转型期,我国女大学生就业问题呈现出日益显性化的发展态势,既是政策变化的结果,也是市场失灵的体现,这就需要政府公共政策的介入,干预措施表现为优化政策环境、完善政策体系、强化政策执行等方面。
The employment of women students in essence is a problem of equity in employment of both sexes, and now it has become a problem of the public policy because of its public nature. In the period of rapid transformation of society, the employment of women students has got dominant day by day. That has resulted from the change in policies and expressed the ineffectiveness of the market. On this condition, the government should adopt effective measures to optimize the policy environment, improve the system of policies and strengthen the implementation of policies.
